I wear a 46 and this shoe was slightly larger than my Specialized Carbons. Major concern is that you need to wear a sock that comes up past the tongue otherwise the tongue cuts into your foot

These shoes have worked well for my road bike. I did have a little trouble attaching the left cleat due to the threaded insert being too low, but I was able to make it work.
