By scottynettles
I own 5 other pairs Keens, from water sandals, to Targhees, to safety shoes, all of which are a 10-1/2. So I ordered these in a 10-1/2 and was disappointed to find them too small. Returned (at my expense) for an 11, which I will grudgingly keep. Even beyond the sizing, do not order these shoes if you are expecting them to have the classic wide toe-box Keen fit: they are narrow, like most other bike shoes. Although I like Keens and will continue to buy them when I can try them on, I am disappointed with the inconsistent sizing and atypical fit of this shoe relative to others of the brand.

By T. Chatman
After a year and ~3,000 miles of daily commuting in these shoes I can recommend them highly. First, they are comfortable to wear both on and off the bike. The sole is pretty stiff (which is good) so they aren't great for walking long distances, but if you had to you'd probably be fine. Second, they are easy to get on and off so they make great commuting shoes where you're putting them on and taking then off at least twice a day. Finally, they are ventilated well enough that your feet won't overheat in summer, but substantial enough that if you pair them with wool socks and neoprene shoe covers your feet will be fine in them down to about 0 degrees F. (When the temp is below that I pull out the winter boots.)Bottom line: a great, year-round cycling shoe. I'd give them five stars except that after a few months the Velcro on one of the straps pulled off. All the others are fine and I'm sure I could get it replaced, but it was still a disappointing flaw in an otherwise great product.

By fhioc
Listen to the other reviewers and get a 1/2 size to 1 shoe size larger when you order. I ordered a size 12 and they fit like a size 11. The company was awesome on getting an exchange pair sent out promptly. As for the shoes they are awesome. Very comfortable in the KEEN style. Good fit at heel and toe. I've put about 50 miles on the shoes using them with 2 different clipless pedals and do not have any complaints in that aspect. Basically the only thing that I am wary of is the the hook and loop assembly seems a little low quality. I haven't had any issue with the straps loosing up yet, but I will post an update after the shoes are well broken in. Overall great shoe for commuting and general cycling.
