Got a very good deal elsewhere, so my opinion may be enhanced by the bargain, but wow what a comfortable, quality shoe. Stiff carbon sole and a really comfortable single-unit synthetic leather upper- probably my favorite latch/tightening-system of the several I've tried.I'm new to clipless so I did a lot of in-store research. I tried Giro's 200-range shoe and it was comparable in every way- comfort, quality, style, carbon and latch system, tried Specialized's 160-range and the toe box was way too tight for my hobbit feet, every style of Serfas was uncomfortable, then fell in love with the Bontrager RL at 175 because of the wide toe box but on sale, or at another vendor you can get the Elite 3 for about that, and the PI styling is much better imo. Works with Speedplay zero, latch system is excellent, snug quality upper, carbon sole, and dead-sexy = highly recommend.
