I've been commuting with these shoes for about 6 months. I noticed the improved power transfer right away as compared to my old shoes. The light weight, stiffness, and comfort are very good. The 45.5 was my perfect size. My only complaint is the carbon sole could use replaceable toe and heel protection.

Thought I'd found the answer to using my speed plays properlyPrice was great paid for fast delivery to Australia and boy was it fastShoes fit just right, cleats perfectHowever first major ride the tongue came away when putting the shoes onlike I said " not impressed"Sent them back for a refund which was grantedHowever it cost me $35 plus $10 "security" fee to send back and Amazon only refund $15So $25 out of pocket no shoes and a not too nice a taste in my mouth about the whole exprienceI will add the shoes were really nice to wear performed really well pity about the quality
