I am new to clipless shoes and pedals and I mush say its good stuff. more efficient and I'm loggin more miles. These felt a little narrow at first but seem to be breaking in nicely. It's not like I'm going for a long walk in them. Only time will tell about the quality. So far I like them- if they are still good after 6 months I'll come back and boost the rating.

You really cannot tell the quality of a product from a picture. These shoes will be used for Mountain Biking in Texas. Sand,dirt,mud, water,cactus, and just the Wild West!These shoes should hold up longer than my last pair that left me on the Trail with a "Blow Out".

I was advised to get spin shoes to have a better workout. I noticed that I seemed to work twice as hard with these shoes--this is due to their engagement with the pedal. The harder I work, the better I manage my diabetes. These shoes RULE!
