I bought these to wear when I don't want to advertise the fact that I'm wearing cycling shoes. After a short break-in period, they are quite comfortable and don't stand out.They are a bit delicate, though. I've posted a photo of the 5-month old Exustar shoe on the left, and a 2+ year old Sidi mountain shoe on the right. The toe of the Exustar was quickly chewed up with use. I touch it up with a Sanford marker now & then.Overall I like the shoes but because I have to pay attention to bumping them on rough surfaces, I give them 4 stars.

If you want a classic style leather cycling shoe that is walkable, these are great. I wear these with toe clips and no cleats. The shoe is narrow compared to most walkable cycling shoes, so they fit well on narrow pedals.

Its hard to find a 48 in a dress style shoe for cycling. Exustar fortunately does have that size. Comfortable at a good value. My only complaint (minor) is that it was missing an SPD screw in one of the shoes..
