I bought these on the premise that they were "carbon fiber".Upon further review, after purchasing them, I discovered they are "carbon composite".Kind of like carbon hamburger versus filet. :-)Still a very good shoe!But I guess I should have known that carbon fiber shoes would not be that cheap..You get what you pay for.So read everything! I didn't... lol!
